All Surnames Doerr, Jesse
All Places Lechlin, Schokken
Notes I have been researching these areas for my family for 10 years.  I am fortunate to live very near the Salt Lake City, Utah Family History Libary where I can spend plenty of time going through Microfilms.  I have found many of my family there.  I am having most difficulty with the name Doerr (John Daniel Doerr).  He is in the 1861, 1865 and 1866 census for Schokken as a witness to births, but I cannot find a birth for him.  In fact in 1866 he is a witness with his soon to be wife, Anna Caroline Jesse.  In 1867 they marry, and in 1868 they are living in Atchison, Atchison Kansas having children.   Daniel is a witness in 1868 for a Ludwig Ziemer and Minnie Ernst.  The 1866 census from Shokken shows Daniel being a witness at the birth of a child for a Johann Ziemer and his sister (I believe) Julianna Doerr.

The names of most interest to me at this point are Jesse/Jesf/Jeske, Sager, Ziemer, Doerr.
