Christina,

Here is the marriage record of Jakub Flis with Brygida Pawyza.

Brygida and Antonina are sisters (Brigida is 20 years old in 1824 -> born 1804; Antonina is born in 1811).

In some records Zofia, wife of Bartlomiej Pawyza is noted Kabocianka -- I deduced nominative as Kaboć, but it could be Kabot as well..
This marriage record says "Zofii z Kobotow", Zofia Kobot.
That is certainlly the same name, "o" vs "a" in blurred handwritten, and lack of certitude in recovering nominative form.

Best,
Elzbieta

Elzbieta,
Thank you so much for your recent translation on Brigida Pawyza marriage. I have a question concerning the mother's name Zofia Kobacianka or Kobot. In researching the family, I have come across the father Bartlomiej Pawyza being married to a Zofia Chobot. Is this the same name or a coincidence that Bartlomiej married another Zofia?

I have several documents for translation. Thank you in advance.

My maternal and paternal grandparents originally came from Poland...Lutcza, Skurowa, and Jazwiny. Recently I found a letter stuck in between some pictures my aunt gave to me. It is dated: April 9, 1925! My aunt passed away at the age of 93 ten years ago. I know she corresponded with relatives in Poland. I tried unsuccessfully to translate this letter using Google translator. Could someone please help me?

I attached the first page which seems to have been written by a child. I can only attach one page at a time. I will send page 2 next.

Thank you so much for your help!

Hello Elzbieta,
My maternal and paternal grandparents originally came from Poland...Lutcza, Skurowa, and Jazwiny. Recently I found a letter stuck in between some pictures my aunt gave to me. It is dated: April 9, 1925! My aunt passed away at the age of 93 ten years ago. I know she corresponded with relatives in Poland. I tried unsuccessfully to translate this letter using Google translator. Could you please help me?

I attached the first page which seems to have been written by a child. The second page has the rest of the child's letter and a message from an adult, probably the parent.

Thank you so much for your help!
