Roman Obrochta (maternal grandfather) immigrated to USA from Naprawa, Poland in 1913. Lived in Cohoes, NY and died in early 1920s. Worked in local steel/textile mills but also played violin in a wedding band. Was killed in an automobile accident in the early 1920s. Married in the US to Antonina Skrzypek from Stare Bystre, Poland. Their children: Anna and Viola. May have had relatives/friends who settled in the Detroit area. Roman's mother's name: Mariana Obrochta/Obrochla/Obrochła.
