My grandfather, Frank Liput immigrated from Poland to the USA through Ellis Island. He arrived on 12/3/1906. His place of birth is listed as Kroscienko, Poland. I heard his father, name unknown, was in the United States in Carnegie, PA. I am not sure if he returned to Poland or not. Frank's mother is listed as Trznadel Znamiaczkach. I would like to verify the above and extend that branch of the family tree. My grandmother, Anna Krol Liput, immigrated from Poland to the USA through Ellis Island. She arrived on 7/5/1909 along with her parents and her 7 siblings. Her place of birth is listed as Lancut, Poland. Her father was Ignacy Krol and her mother was Katarzyna Filip. Ignacy's parents were Weclaw Krol and Mary Mach. Katarzyna's parents were MIchael Filip and Anne Slufyesz. I would like to verify the above and extend that branch of the family tree. |
