Franceska Schwach born about 1830 maried Joseph Velenski/Wolinski (lots of name variations) in Poland and had 4 children. Joseph died? Franceska remarried Johann Switalla (born around 1828) who had aready married twice. Not long afterwards, they came to New Zealand in 1874 with all the children. Apparently most of the Polish immigrants to NZ at that time came from around Tczew. |
