Hi! My name is Amanda Budz. I am 22 years old, and I was born and raised in Chicago, IL (southwest suburbs). My father, Józef Budz, is from Bór. He came to America in 1975 when he was 10 years old. His parents are Władysław Budz (May 22, 1927 - Jan. 21, 1993) & Helena Budz (prev. Helena Kwak) (Aug. 1, 1935 - April 25, 2005). My mom, Maria Obrochta (now Maria Budz), is from Stare Bystre. She came to America in 1972 when she was 7 years old. Her parents are Jan Obrochta (Dec. 10, 1915 - Sept. 12, 2001) & Maria Obrochta (prev. Maria Boblak) (June 3, 1922 - Feb. 22, 2002). |
