Both great grandparents supposenly came from Kamien, Poland around 1900-1903. However at first they would list there home country as Austria. Nickowal was never spelled the same and went from Nickowol, Niekowol, Nichovah, and even Jancorla. I think his first name alrternated between Jan; then Jacob, then John. |
