I am specifically looking for Ferdinand Stanislawsky. He was born aroun 1848, location and parents unknown. He married Maria Wolff, daughter of Gustav Wolff and Catherine Schwema in 1872 near Ilawa. (The document I have actually lists Frodenau.) Ferdinand servred in the 7th East Prussian Army, 44th Regiment, 36th Company according to a souvenier pipe he brought with him when he immigrated to the US in 1879. The pipe indicates he left the army right before he married Maria. |
