My mom died not knowing if any relatives in Poland/Russia survived because all of the help for contact from the Holocaust led nowhere. All "I" have left is some picture postcards I can't read from before that. My Dad's immediate family came to New York but I have no knowledge of his extended Polish family in the generations prior. Today, one of the last of his generations passed away. I feel like my family history is being burried as well.
