Our mission:
To equip you with the best tools, resources and knowledge by creating a friendly space for sharing interests and by providing services relevant to your Polish origins.
We began several years ago as a family venture to assist you in your real and virtual tours to Poland, where your ancestors were born and used to live. We have experienced together many great, emotional moments by uncovering details related to the life of your forefathers and sometimes even had the good luck to find your living relatives. At the beginning, we treated it as a hobby that was giving us more and more satisfaction. We had the privilege to be part of all these moving moments and observe the strong emotional feelings that accompanied them.
With time we have received more and more requests from you. We could not manage all of them on time. So we decided to go a step forward, beyond a family hobby. During the past few years we have established contacts and cooperation with other genealogists and historians in Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Western Europe and the USA. But first and foremost we decided to create a place in virtual space where people, descendants of the many different nations of old Poland, could freely exchange their interests, feelings and experiences about their common kinship: Polish Origins.
Many times we were surprised by the detailed knowledge and great commitment in pursuing your goals that you demonstrated. You have spent dozens of hours doing research using many different sources.
After thinking about it, your engagement in uncovering your roots became obvious: we are all looking for more than just facts, records, graves, old places. You are trying to answer the basic questions: where do I come from, who were my ancestors, who am I really ...
Your findings and knowledge are very valuable to you, and can also be very helpful for others. Together with you we want to build a virtual space of collective wisdom, where everyone who comes here will have the opportunity to learn or, at least, ask questions about everything related to his or her Polish heritage. Everyone will also have the opportunity to reply, to share their experiences and feelings, and to learn from most the credible sources of knowledge – our own experiences.
We believe in the truth that knowledge itself is worth nothing if it is kept secret or is available to only a small number of people and not shared.
It is sharing knowledge that creates real value for everyone who participates.

- Using Polish Genealogy Databases tool thanks to which you may find information about your ancestors in Polish language genealogy sources.

- Searching for your relatvies or people coming from the same places as your forefathers in Surnames Database and Places Database or hiring our expert to help you in finding living relatives in Poland.
- Reading and adding your own articles in wide variety of subjects related to Polish origins and genealogy.
- Watching and posting pictures and videos from your tours to Poland.
- Reading and adding your Gen Stories, websites and blogs.
- and... we are open to any ideas that can enrich our common experience.
