We had the best time – it was wonderful ?
All of the tour guides were fantastic and very passionate about their respective cities – Wojtek in Warsaw, Johanna in Krakow and Anna in Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot were all wonderful. They all really know their cities inside out. I am just disappointed that we didn’t get to see more of Warsaw and that the Emigration Museum in Gdynia wasn’t open on the Monday when we were there.
Pawel, as our driver in Krakow to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine, was just wonderful. He made sure that we knew where to go to get in, and then where to go to find him after each tour. He also pointed out places of interest on the way to/from each place. He really looked after us.
Then we have Zbigniew. What can I say about him other than amazing!!!! He is a real workhorse who doesn’t ever sleep – or eat for that matter! He is a mine of information, and what he doesn’t know, he finds people to ask. He is also willing to travel to very remote areas to find what he is looking for – I joked that next time he takes Australians on a tour that he needs to hire a 4WD. I am in definite awe of him. We spent quite a lot of time with him and therefore got to know him quite well. We really appreciate all of the work that he did for me both before the trip as well as on the trip. He is wonderful.
The sightseeing and hotels that you organised for us have given us a good insight into life in Poland. We have a lot of excuses to come back at some point and would love to organise that through you. I also have no hesitation in recommending you and PolishOrigins to anyone who is interested in travelling to your beautiful country.
Thank you once again for organising our trip and we hope to see you again soon.
