Today we head for Krakow. We didn’t have to get up too early, but we had a full day. There was a Folk Festival this weekend just outside of the city so we headed on over there.
Just what Zenon needed ? more places for us to shop! As you can imagine, the car was getting pretty full. A few hours later after seeing the artifacts, hand made lace, old homes, stores, listening to a concert, etc. we were on our way to our next hotel.
The Poleski Hotel is situated right on the river where we enjoyed the constant entertainment of people and boat watching. They had two restaurants, one downstairs and the other on the roof. What a great view in the evening. We were within walking distance of Old Town, so we headed there for dinner at an outdoor restaurant on the square, where we enjoyed music, carriages passing by and people watching. Of course we shopped too.
