My name is Josph Waiter Contact Info - [email protected] I am researching my Family tree. My grandfather Stanley Wiatre immigrated from Poland (Bystrzyca or Bystrzyce) to the US and lived in Nanticoke Pennsylvania. He was born in Poland in 1880. He immigrated to the US in 1903. Some of my information says that the Wiatr family came from Austria Hungary. I think there might have been a land exchange between Germany, Poland and Russia which adds some confusion to the birthplace. His father was John Wiatr (Not 100% sure of first name "John" He married Julianna Wozniak also from Poland. I'm trying to locate any information, records birth or otherwise. I am also keenly trying to to determine if we have any living relatives still in Poland. |
