Grandson of a Polish couple who married in a DP camp in Bamberg and moved to America in '49. I have records a lot further back on my grandfather's side, as he is from Wielkopolski and the Poznan Project had his grandparent's marriage records, and further back a couple more generations. My grandma was from Podkarpackie and I do not have nearly as much for her side, especially her mom - maiden name Szczepankiewicz.
